Managing Partner & Founder
Mr. Faggen brings over 30 years in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and structuring complex capital markets transactions. He is a co-founder of Triton Pacific and has been actively involved in building its private equity division. As CEO, he has overall firm oversight responsibilities. He has been instrumental in the due diligence, structuring, and closing of several billion dollars of transactions. Prior to co-founding Triton Pacific, he worked in Arthur Andersen's Capital Markets Group, advising public and private companies on IPOs, securitized debt, equity private placements, dispositions, and M&A. Mr. Faggen holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and a Master's degree from MIT.
Managing Partner
Mr. Scott has over 25 years of experience in middle-market private equity transactions across business services, specialty finance, consumer, software, and manufacturing sectors. He has expertise in mergers & acquisitions, structured financing, and business strategy. Before joining Triton Pacific in 2005, he was a Principal at TAG Venture Partners, a Boston-based investment firm and buy-side advisor, where he completed more than 20 transactions. As a management consultant at Harbor Research, he advised industrial and technology companies on strategy and growth. Mr. Scott serves on the firm's investment committee and several company boards. He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
Managing Partner (Healthcare)
Mr. Davis has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare investing and operations. He directs the firm's healthcare efforts, drawing on prior roles as President of three healthcare service companies, including home infusion therapy, outpatient rehabilitation, and one of the nation's largest home care platforms, which grew to over $100 million in revenue and multi-state operations. Combining operating and private equity experience, he works closely with management teams to develop and execute growth strategies. Mr. Davis serves on the firm's investment committee and several company boards. He attended the University of California, Irvine, and was a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award Program.
Managing Partner
Mr. Buehler has over 25 years of investment, product development, and distribution experience across financial services, commercial real estate, alternative investments, private equity, and investment banking. He leads the firm's capital markets strategy, having built distribution platforms that raised over $2 billion for alternative investments. Mr. Buehler serves on the firm's investment committee and is President and CEO of Triton Pacific Securities, LLC. Mr. Buehler has current and prior experience as an elected member of committees and boards for FINRA and ADISA. He advises U.S.-based financial firms on strategic initiatives, authored the book The PE Effect, and contributes white papers on financial services. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99 licenses and California P&C and L&H licenses. Mr. Buehler earned his B.A. from Chapman University.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Carroll has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Triton Pacific Group and its subsidiaries since 2006. Mr. Carroll has extensive experience in the area of financial accounting and has spent several years at Triton Pacific managing fund finances and investor relations. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, Mr. Carroll managed the finances and accounts of various political organizations and worked on Capitol Hill. Prior experiences include serving as Deputy Treasurer of Virginians for Jerry Kilgore, a Richmond-based candidate committee, where Mr. Carroll managed the committees' campaign contributions. Mr. Carroll received a B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Partner (Healthcare)
Ms. Brumwell has over 12 years of experience in finance, healthcare M&A, investing, and strategic consulting. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, she worked in healthcare investment banking at Raymond James, advising on M&A and public offerings in healthcare services and pharmacy. She later served as an independent advisor to growth-stage companies on capital raising and strategic initiatives. Ms. Brumwell is actively involved with the firm's healthcare investments, serves on several company boards, and focuses on long-term portfolio value creation. She holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia and a Master's in Finance from Vanderbilt University.
Vice President
Andrew joined Triton Pacific in 2019 and has over seven years of M&A and investing experience. He serves as a Vice President for Triton Pacific's non-Healthcare private equity strategies, participating in investment due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio management. He also contributes to the firm's capital raising and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, Andrew worked at Morgan Stanley and Citi, specializing in structured credit and derivatives products. Andrew received a degree in Economics from Villanova University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Vice President
Michael joined Triton Pacific in 2024 as a Vice President and has over a decade of experience in middle-market private equity and investment banking. He specializes in strategic investments and financial restructuring, focusing on the consumer, industrial, and healthcare sectors. Michael plays a key role in driving value creation and optimizing investment portfolios. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, Michael worked in investment banking, where he gained extensive experience in complex financial structuring and strategic advisory. Michael holds a Master's degree from the University of Virginia.
Senior Associate (Healthcare)
Jan Schoonen joined Triton Pacific in 2024 and has 5+ years of private equity investing and transaction experience. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, Jan was an associate at DFW Capital Partners, a New York City-based middle market private equity firm with ~$2 billion AUM. Before joining DFW, Jan was an analyst in the diversified industrials investment banking team at Raymond James in New York City. Jan earned a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and was a member of the men's varsity lacrosse team.
